Phoenix Metro City Guides

The Phoenix metropolitan area encompasses 1,100 square miles of land and about 2,000,000 people. The average age of the residents is 34.6 years. Almost 54% are married and 33% have children. The Report covers Phoenix real estate for the North and East sides of the metropolitan area.

The Report has two major parts: the first consists of the information and statistics that doesn't change too rapidly, such as the descriptions of the cities, schools information, population, median family income, etc; second, is the real estate information which we update on a monthly basis, average sales price, unit sales trends, etc.

We cover the communities of Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Tempe, Mesa, and Chandler.Scottsdale Phoenix map

Under each city page are the real estate statistics and trend charts, plus the schools page, child care page and relocation guides. Each trend page charts unit sales and average sales prices over the past two years.

Each school page lists the school districts and schools within the city. All districts or schools that have their own web sites are linked to.

For those planning on buying a home in one of these communities, go to our buying page. We have included an excellent article on the home buying process. For those with a home to sell, go to our selling page, where you will find tips on getting the best price possible in today's market.
