The following chart shows median and average prices plus unit sales for single-family homes in Paradise Valley. We've used a 3-month moving average to smooth out month-to-month anomalies yet still retain seasonal variations.

The following chart uses a 12-month moving average to eliminate any seasonal variation.

There are not patio or town homes in Paradise Valley.
